Currently the Georgia State Legislature is studying the reform of Georgia’s criminal justice codes. A Report of the Special Council on Criminal Justice Reform for Georgians is available for viewing. GA C.A.R.E. Project encourages the state to focus on the antiquated marijuana laws.
